Blue Blue resort is a residential and touristic complex located near Sokhna, Red Sea. Several types of buildings were designed and delivered with structural workshop drawings for the whole project. The economic factor and speed in finishing were main issues in the design process. The site supervision team did a great job regarding the concrete elements.

Taba Heights hotel is a 5 star hotel located in Taba, Sinai Egypt. With large span halls and different architectural designs for different floors, the structural design and detailing needed to be accurate and clear. Also some large shells were included in the hotel design.

LE MERIDIEN LUXOR is a five star hotel with a special architectural design. Each floor has a setback at a each level requiring special structural system for each floor. Currently the hotel is named STEIGENBERGER HOTEL.

AL-BATARJI HOTEL is located in Jeddah. The used structural system is a flat slab system with spans ranging from 8 to 9.6 m.

Holding Oman’s distinct fragrance, a giant statue of “mabkhara” was erected to celebrate Oman’s 20th National Day. This traditional symbol of the Sultanate comes with great expectations of warding off evil spirits to keep Omanis safe.
