Directly on the Sea site in Port Saeed City, with high challenges in very weak soil for foundation and very tight schedule for design. Mainly flat slab system was used to ease and speed up the construction process. The project is currently under construction and will be delivered 2020.

RICH HOUSE

RICH HOUSE residential buildings located in Nozha - East of Cairo near the Cairo Intl. Airport. 8 multi use towers with a three basement podium connecting all towers used as a parking area for the buildings. Retaining the adjacent structures and meeting the hard architectural concept were not the only challenges in this project. A fast track project finished by HILAL Consultants in structural design and site supervision.

AL-BAKER TOWER

Al-Baker Tower located in Doha the capital of Quatar. It was required to perform a complete check on the structural design and suggest any necessary modifications. A thorough analysis was executed to exactly model the 45 floors tower under different cases of loading. The upper floors were intended to be a panoramic restaurant accompanied with a helipad on top of the tower.

SEDRAH COMPOUND

SEDRAH Compound is located in 6th of October City in western Cairo. The residential compound consisted of more than 40 buildings with 6 different types. The chosen statical system for the buildings was a mix of flat slabs and solid slabs with drop beams to optimize the design cost and the architectural requirements. The extreme topography of the area required several innovative solutions to retain the buildings without affecting the building functions.

BAUSHER AL-QURAM

BAUSHAR AL- QURAM is a complicated project in its architechtural solution. The great differences in the space use in the different floors forced our team to use a specific column arrangement. Planted columns were used in the residential floors to suit the architectural plans in these floors, resulting in complications in the design. The design was performed using the BS.
