This is an iconic project. Over 17000 sqm area a research center, included labs, conference halls, garages, and administration areas. The unique architectural design had to be serviced by a strong structural design and detailing. Several systems were chosen and used, such as flat slabs, RC frames, steel structures, in addition to the 40 m diameter spherical shell used as a theater. The design group in HILAL consultants enjoyed working in such a great project, currently in its final construction stages.

Degla Palms, is a mega scale residential and commercial project owned by Morshedy Group. Over 500 + 350 Feddans several residential and commercial buildings were designed. HILAL Consultants role was structural design for the residential types and 5 shopping malls. The shopping malls consisted of basement parking and 3-4 commercial floors, each with completely different arch design. All the malls were required in a very short time with many arch modifications and MEP requirements, and were successfully delivered.

Khamees Mashit Mall comprise of a ground and first floor with spans ranging from 8 to 24 m. The structural system used for the floors is a post-tensioned system. The upper roof is a steel structure to allow for the large spans required for the multi-purpose halls and mega stores at the first floor.

Ard El-Manar Mall comprises a basement floor used as parking and a ground floor used as retail areas. The used floor system for the slabs is a flat slab system for the ground floor and a steel roof for the first floor.

CICC Hall 5 is located Cairo International Convention Center. The main hall is 55x120 m. The ground floor system is a solid slab system while the roof system is a steel space truss.

The medical center in Jeddah comprises two basement floors in addition to eleven typical floors. The used floor system is a flat slab system.
