HQ Office Building is an administrative and commercial building located in New Cairo on North Teseen Street. The building has 3 basements, ground and six typical floors. HILAL Consultants has successfully finished the structural drawings of the building, coordinated with all other disciplines (Arch, MEP). The structural workshop drawings and site supervision are ongoing tasks.

Crystal Tower Office Building is a mixed use office and commercial building located in North Teseen Street in new Cairo. The used structural system was chosen to be PT slabs to overcome the high required spans between columns with quick erection and economic design. The scope of work is structural design, PT site supervision and review of PT workshop drawings submitted by the contractor.

PORTO OCTOBER B03 Office Building is located in 6 October City as the jewel of Porto October Compound. A mixed use office and commercial building. The used system was flat slabs. Having large spans between columns due to clients requirements, added to the distinct architectural concept, the job was hard, but was successfully delivered in a very short time.

One Kattameya residence is a building complex located directly on the Cairo Ring Road. More than 12 types of buildings (office and residential) were designed by our team. The success of this project meant continuous corporation with the client in another project in 6 October City.

Raya building is located in the heart of the commercial district in New Cairo. The task of the office was full structural design and site supervision when requested. The building design was changed several times to meet clients requests. All requirements were met consistently to secure the safety and economy of design. The building is currently the headquarter of ENI- Petroleum Company in Egypt.
