PORTO SAEED villas comprises 3 types with ground and first floor luxurious buildings. Directly on the Sea site in Port Saeed City, with high challenges in very weak soil for foundation and very tight schedule for design. Mainly flat slab system was used to ease and speed up the construction process. The project is currently under construction and will be delivered 2020.

PORTO October residential villas comprises 3 Types. The structural components were used to realize the modern architectural facade design.

This private villa with special architectural requirements included an indoor and an outdoor pool. A seven meter cantilever shed was realized using a post-tensioned concrete slab + partially embedded steel beams. The spans ranged from 8 to 12 meters.

ElShams residential complex is built on 500,000sqm on four phases. HILAL Consultants took the job of structural design in phases 1, 2 and 3, in addition to full site supervision and review of workshop drawings of phase 3. More than 40 types in about 200 buildings in addition to the service buildings were successfully delivered.
